grape seed massage

Any suggestions for extremely dry skin?
I have always had extremely dry skin. It is so bad in my hands that I have spent the winter with them bleeding from dryness. Renauds I have also (if that makes a difference.) I've tried most creams on the market. Glaxal Base, Aveeno, Cetaphil, seed Grape and olive oil cream (Avalon Organics), Avon brand, Gold Bond (the new packaging white one), the brand of Vaseline and some hemp cream from The Body Shop. A trainer told me that it lacked essential oils and suggested I rub sweet almond oil on them and massage them. I tried that, works a little. The naturopathic doctor told me to try taking supplements of Omega 3. I tried the supplements, but they upset stomache. I also tested the paraffin wax bath. Does anyone have any suggestion that I could not have tried already? I tried all individual suggestions anyone has ever suggested. I live in the land of ice and snow, keep my hands covered when outdoors.
I hope these work for you. Do not use bar soap for bathing. Use liquid moisturizers with little or no fragrance at all, but rich in essential oils and natural. (Fragrance or harsh chemicals can damage and irritate your skin more.) You can try baby bath liquid soap (Look for a Wholefoods organic-Aubrey.) After the bath, while your skin is still damp, foam oil all over the skin (Neutrogena body oil). This may help seal in moisture. Do this at night coz it would be difficult. Use Vaseline on your hands and feet. Use it generously. Wrap your feet with socks, and your hands with gloves point. Try this for at least a week (or whenever you are comfortable with,) and soon we will see a difference. Try using vitamin A capsules E moisturizer as well. Squeeze the contents of vitamin E and the foam in your hand. Use a moisturizing lotion or cream occasionally. Drink plenty of water. Hydration from the interior. Skip soda and coffee for a while. Once again, we hope these work.
