Am I taking too many vitamins, herbs and supplements?

This is what I take daily: probiotics 3 times a day with vinegar apple cider I drink twice, 160 mg Saw palmetto, 1000mcg biotin-up to 3-4 times a day, b-vitamins 25mcg in the morning and half multivitamin, I take l-arginine 1 g before and after training and 1 g with 20 mg of zinc before bed at night I take 1200 mg fish oil, 200 mg DHA, 1200 mg Lechithin, saw palmetto New American, 160 mg, 100 mg of nettle and grape seed extract 40 mg to 150 mg of vitamin C and biotin. Should I take this day all others to be secure or spend the weekend so good? Does anyone know the long-term effects of some of these?

my dad is a health fanatic and draws on 16 different vitamins and stuff one day and hes like 62 and hes healthy as he looks 30 with a full head of hair so its good for you

What is the best antioxidant vitamin? What are the benefits?

I take antioxidants, but there are so many I missed. Theres alpha-lipoic acid, grape, green tea seeds, etc. but I have no idea what to buy. I'm not even sure what the benefits of each are. I especially want something for the skin and immune health. I want something I can go buy a Walgreens or CVS. The only other supplements I take now is Biotin 5000 mg daily.
