Grape Seed Oil – Great For Shaving

December 30th, 2009 admin No comments

If you're wondering how to choose the best products for men skin care, I have some advice for you. Skincare needs for men and women are not totally different. But most males do have some unique challenges, especially when it comes to their faces. Let's see what they are.

Most males spend a lot of time outdoors. Thus, their faces are exposed to the sun and other elements. This can also be detrimental. However, there are little things a man can do to protect your skin's appearance and overall health. Let's start with a look at products for skin care you might currently be using.

What is in the Medicine Cabinet

Grape Seed Oil

Open your bathroom cabinet and take a look at what is on the shelves. Are you currently use best solutions for men's skin care? You can tell by looking at the ingredients.

Shaving and skin care for men

If your shaving cream contains petroleum by-products, it is doing more harm than good. If the after shave is alcohol based, it, too, can damage your skin’s appearance.

In some respects, the skin care of men, shaving creams or oils should be smoother, than skin care products for women. This is because shaving causes damage, irritation, redness and itching. For a shaving lubricant that reduces friction try grape seed oil, you can buy grape seed oil at any health food store. Apply it straight to the face, let it soak in a minute and then shave. For after shaving, use witch hazel or a product containing it. Sometimes, I pat on a little almond oil to the skin after I shave.

Showering

For the shower, test bars that contain honey and tea tree oil. They are natural anti-bacterial solutions that are not harmful. Now, how about some "anti-aging" advice?

Use a daily moisturizer

Complete Skin Care for men should include a daily moisturizer.

The best men’s skin care moisturizers will not cause excessive greasiness and they will not lead to break-outs. Daily moisturizing skin care for men should take the place of your aftershave, except you won’t just “slap it on”.

Witch hazel, as previously mentioned, is one important ingredient. It’s natural antiseptic ability will protect you from infections from shaving nicks and cuts and won’t burn or cause redness like alcohols doe.

A good skin care moisturizer for men will contains apuacu butter, which provides protection against the sun and helps heal razor burn or sunburn. Look vitamin B-5 to be included in the product of choice as it helps repair tissue damage, which almost always accompanies shaving.

In addition, vitamin B5 is a natural moisturizer and enhances the tanning process. A light tan can help protect you from sun damage.

There is one more reason why grape seed oil is great for shaving. Besides being a good lubricant for the razor, it is also an effective antioxidant. Antioxidants help prevent wrinkles and other signs of aging. Additionally, grape seed oil is an effective moisturizer and hydrater that will keep your skin firm and elastic, another important factor in combating the aging process.

grape seed extract side effects

November 12th, 2009 admin No comments

grape seed extract side effects

To inform them about products for skin care more effective, I begin with this information. Respected dermatologists recommend prevention, protection and individualized care.

Therefore, the effectiveness depends largely on the purchase of something that the objectives of their areas of concern. I have listed some of the common concerns here, along with solutions that address them.

Excessive dryness and cracking

First, for the prevention, must avoid excessive exposure to sun and chemicals that are drying to the skin, chlorine-based hand sanitizers alcohol and antibacterial soaps, for example. Second, you need effective moisturizers, functional keratin, avocado oil, shea butter and grapeseed oil are examples.

Third, we need something that protects the skin from drying quickly. Grape seed oil not because it has a "capacity to shoot". The film is locked in humidity. Fourth, we need something to "cure" cracked skin. Witch hazel extract is the best choice for this purpose.

Care products most effective skin for dry cracked skin contain all these oils and extracts. They provide prevention, protection and individual attention for conditions dry skin.

Acne

The acne is accompanied by excessive sebum production. Some doctors recommend drugs to reduce production sebum. However, there are many side effects and drug use can lead to excessive dryness.

Some professionals suggest strong cleaners that cause redness and further inflame the infected areas. The best approach is gentle regular cleaning, two or three times a day. Sometimes a deep cleansing mask containing extracts Clay absorbs excess oil and pull the dirt and grime from the pores.

One product of skin care more effective in treating acne contains jojoba It reduces sebum production without causing excessive dryness, and honey, because it has natural antibacterial that prevents infections and blemishes.

The rosacea, burns and irritation

Excessive redness, as found in rosacea, sunburn, burns and irritation of razor Similar often grouped with a condition called dermatitis, which is basically an inflammation of the skin. To reduce excessive redness and even skin tones, root extract the best natural grass is the nut. Other measures can be taken to remedy rosacea, but should contact a cosmetic surgeon. You may want to try the nut grass first.

To relieve sunburn, try capuacu butter made from South American fruit, vitamin B5 and witch hazel extract. Honey can effectively cure most skin irritations. Functional keratin reduces inflammation.

Functional Keratin is one of the products skin care more effective for many conditions, because the protein is active. Other types of keratin, are inactivated by the manufacturing process.

Anti-Aging

You need moisture to maintain or restore elasticity, special extracts that prevent the loss of protein from the outer layers of the skin, protection against free radical damage and repairing damage that causes wrinkles and fine lines.

Products skin care effective in preventing aging contain functional keratin, H-EQ10, grape seed extract and brown algae extract. Clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of each one of these ingredients. The best wrinkle cream contains them all. There is much more that I could write about the subject, but that is all I have at this time for item.
